Satisfaction guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Roberto Sarto! Is the purchase not as expected? No problem! You can return the item with the original labels free of charge within 14 days. Also a discounted item, unless you have bought an item in the outlet shop. Have you already used the item or is it damaged? Then exchange or return is not possible. Of course you may try on the clothes first. At return service you can read how you can return and when costs are charged.
What do I do if I have received the wrong item?
We process your order with great care. However, it can go wrong once. Have you received an item that you have not ordered? Please contact our customer service via info@robertosarto.nl or +31 (0)487-597777. We are available Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. We ensure that you receive the good item free of charge.
Do I have a warranty on an item?
You receive a legal warranty on all our articles. This warranty is without prejudice to the legal rights you have as a consumer. Before returning the item, please always contact our customer service via info@robertosarto.nl or +31 (0)487-597777. We are available Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. In case we have delivered a defective product, we will bear the costs of the return shipment. You will then receive a good item for free if it is still in stock. If we can no longer deliver the same item to you, we will contact you within a week. You can then indicate whether you want your money back or if you want to choose another article in our webshop. Then the amount already paid remains as credit.
How does the complaints procedure work?
Do you have a complaint about an article or about our service? Let us know in writing by e-mail info@robertosarto.nl. We will investigate your complaint and you will receive a substantive response to your complaint within a week.
